Associate Attorney - Business, Land Use and Real Estate

Our client is a 5-lawyer, dynamic law firm in downtown Portland, with a strong commitment to providing excellent services to their financial institution, business, land use, and real estate clients, while enjoying a balanced life in the Pacific Northwest.  We are seeking an associate attorney with 4-7 years of general real estate and/or general business experience with the expectation of 1500 billable hours (or 125 per month). No book of business is required. However, experience with preparation of financial documents is a plus.  Our client strongly values congeniality and teamwork among all their employees and strives to think "outside the box" in their business model.  They have been a majority women-owned firm since they opened their doors in June 2012, and support diversity in their hiring decisions.
