Come work at the best firm in Central Florida! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will live and work in beautiful Central Florida and will have strong Guardianship and litigation experience and a passion for client advocacy, particularly in probate and trust disputes. You will work closely with our senior attorneys to manage cases from intake through resolution, including motion practice, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Our salary range is $90,000 - $140,000 per year.

- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and memoranda.
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
- Advise clients on legal rights and strategies while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Manage case files and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with paralegals, support staff, and fellow attorneys to ensure client needs are met.
- Manage the quality and output of paralegals assigned to your team.
- Participate in firm-building initiatives, trainings, and team meetings.
Job Requirements- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
- 3+ years of litigation experience required.
- 2+ years of Guardianship experience required.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with the team.
