Key Responsibilities:
Managing a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.
Conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
Collaborating with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance defense.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Louisiana and in good standing with the State Bar
2-3 years of experience in casualty litigation
Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
