Associate Attorney - Bankruptcy Litigation

An AV_rated national law firm is seeking an exceptional Associate Attorney with bankruptcy law experience barred in California. 

This is a remote position, but in-person court appearances throughout the state are required.

• Work-from-home remote position (with court appearances required in and around Seattle)
• Must be barred in CA, and physically located in CA to make court appearances (Seattle area).
• Strong preference for candidates with 3+ years Bankruptcy Litigation experience handling Adversary Complaints, Appeals, and Chapter 11 work.
• Multiple jurisdiction admission is a huge plus.
• Minimum billable requirement 1,920 hours per year. 
• 1-10 years of Bankruptcy experience in Chapter 7 and 13 cases, preferably representing lenders and creditors.
• Preference for experience with litigation, Chapter 11, and adversary cases.

• Litigation experience, preferably handling Adversary Complaints and Appeals in Bankruptcy Court.
