What you'll do: Handle litigation matters from initial pleadings through trial and appeal — drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery and depositions, and appearing in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.

What we're looking for: Active CA Bar license and 2+ years of civil litigation experience: a strong writer, sharp researcher, good judgment, and professional presence.
