Associate Attorney (1-3 Years) - No Billable Hour Requirement | Houston, TX

A respected Houston law firm is hiring an Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of experience. There's no billable hour requirement, so you can do great legal work and still have a life outside the office.

What you'll do:

- Manage a caseload from intake through resolution

- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and correspondence

- Do legal research and case analysis

- Appear at hearings, depositions and mediations

- Work directly with clients and senior attorneys

What you bring:

- A JD and an active Texas bar license

- Experience with first-party and third-party property coverage matters

- 1–3 years of practice experience

- Strong writing, research and organization skills

- A team-first, client-focused attitude

What's offered:

- $120,000–$150,000 base salary, based on experience

- No billable hour requirement
