Summary
TheAssociateAdvisor supports Advisors in delivering detailed financial planning and wealth management services to clients. This role collaborates with clients and internalteamsto prepare financial plans, formulate investment recommendations, arrange client meetings, and manage follow-up activities. TheAssociateAdvisor functions as a key client liaison, helping address account and portfolio inquiries while ensuring asuperior client experience. This position provides a chance to enhance advisory expertise, strengthen client connections, and contribute to a collaborative,client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to Advisors in all areas of financial planning.
Initiate and field client calls on various items (e.g., strategy ideas, account-specific questions, portfolio inquiries, etc.).
Build proposals for prospective clients.
Build and/or update financial plans for clients.
Prepare materials for client meetings; collaborate with other internalteamsto ensure client gatherings are prepared thoroughly and accurately.
Attend client meetings and manage/complete all meeting follow-up activities.
Liaise with clients' attorneys and accountants as needed.
Monitor portfolios and maintain portfolio target allocations. Rebalance portfolios as needed.
Assist with client data consolidation and maintenance as needed.
Assist with special projects as required.
Qualifications:
One to four years of relevantexperience.
Completed or pursuing CFP®, CFA orequivalentexperience, or JD.
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, orequivalentexperience; major in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law preferred.
Continuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiative.
Reliable, follows through on commitments, self-starter when it comes to new challenges.
Must be organized, diligent, and able to manage and prioritize tasks.
Demonstrates a dedication to accuracy by delivering high-quality work.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication.
Cooperative and capable of working well alongside others.
Series 65 – or able to successfully complete within 90 days of employment.
What We Offer:
Wealthspire Advisors provides a competitive salary, paidtimeoff,paidholidays,a401(k)withmatchingcontributions, and additionalbenefits. The salary range for this role is $53,500to$85,600. The final base salary depends on several factors such as experience, credentials, education, certifications, required skills, role scope, and location. Each salary is decided individually. Besides the base pay, this position may qualify for incentives based on performance.
