Associate Account Services Coordinator Open Enrollment Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing and executing administrative and processing activities within Account Services. Supports internal and external customers by processing benefit summaries, administrative changes, and contact updates accurately and on time. Partners with Account Services Coordinators and Account Managers to maintain accurate account data and strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Maintain an understanding of customer benefit structures, products, and plan designs to accurately process administrative and non-rated changes.
Process information requests, benefit highlight summaries, and other customer-related requests.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather data for presentations and reports.
Research issues, identify solutions, and communicate resolutions to appropriate stakeholders.
Interpret and summarize information clearly and concisely for external customers.
Support open enrollment meetings and deliver presentations through in-person and virtual platforms as needed.
Assist with special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
At least three years of related experience in sales, account management, client support, or administrative support preferred.
Experience supporting internal or external clients preferred.
Familiarity with benefit products, service guarantees, Summary Plan Descriptions, contractual language, dental terminology, and Current Dental Terminology codes preferred.
Ability to manage detailed work, varying types of data, and confidential information.
Ability to work in a demanding environment, meet deadlines, and provide consistent follow-through.
