Description

WHY NEW ENGEN?

At New Engen, we help brands grow-not just bigger, but smarter. We're a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.

Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into specialized solutions-like Donut Studios, our in-house creative studio for platform-native and short-form content, or Acorn Creator Suite, our influencer marketing solution built for retail impact. While each solution brings its own focus and flavor, they're all part of how we deliver for our clients, together, as one team.

We're a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, and makers who are all in on helping brands-and each other-thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Associate Account Manager, you'll help keep influencer marketing campaigns running smoothly, clients informed, and cross-functional teams aligned. You'll support Account and Engagement Leads across day-to-day campaign execution while building the skills and experience to take on greater client ownership over time.

Keep Campaigns Moving

Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from kickoff through completion, managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and campaign trackers to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Support Client Communication

Help manage day-to-day client communications, including status updates, content review packages, meeting recaps, and approval follow-ups, with guidance from senior account team members.

Coordinate Across Teams

Partner closely with Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Strategy to coordinate campaign logistics, share complete and accurate information, and keep workstreams moving forward.

Manage Creator Content & Approvals

Coordinate creator approvals and content tracking, reviewing content against campaign briefs for required elements, brand safety, and key details before it moves through the review process.

Track Campaign Performance

Maintain campaign and performance trackers, monitor KPIs, and flag potential issues or changes to Account Leads with clear context and supporting information.

Bring Campaign Results Together

Coordinate inputs from Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Strategy to help build organized, thoughtful post-campaign recap presentations.

Grow Into Account Ownership

Take on increased responsibility as you grow, including opportunities to lead day-to-day execution and client communication for smaller or lower-complexity accounts with senior team support.

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across Account, Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Strategy teams.
  • Comfort working within established processes and project management tools while keeping campaign documentation and trackers organized and current.
  • An interest in developing deeper expertise in client management and influencer marketing and taking on greater account ownership over time.
