    About the role

    The Associate Account Executive supports revenue growth for HealthBeacon in the US market by assisting with account management activities and building foundational client relationships with Specialty Pharmacies and Pharmaceutical partners. This role focuses on developing core sales and account management skills while contributing to client engagement and program coordination under the guidance of senior team members. This position plays a pivotal role in increasing brand presence, deepening client relationships, and supporting HealthBeacon's commercial success in the US.

    What will you do?

    Account Support & Client Engagement

    • Key liaison and support for new pharmaceutical clients
    • Support the management of existing client accounts by assisting with communications, scheduling, and follow-ups
    • Engage clients regularly to provide updates, gather feedback, and present opportunities for product enhancements or new solutions.
    • Participate in client meetings alongside senior team members
    • Assist in preparing materials, presentations, and updates for clients
    • Represent HealthBeacon at client meetings, industry conferences, and events
    • Work with HealthBeacon Data team for customized data reports and the presentation of these reports with our clients

    Sales & Pipeline Support

    • Support pipeline development through research, lead tracking, and outbound coordination
    • Assist in preparing proposals and pitch materials
    • Help track sales activities and maintain pipeline data accuracy
    • Provide administrative and coordination support during deal processes

    Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Support new partnerships (non-HealthBeacon) with the Global General Manager of HB Health
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care) to support program delivery
    • Assist with gathering information needed to support client requirements and QBRs
    • Help ensure smooth internal communication and task follow-up

    Reporting & Administration

    • Support preparation of reports and updates (e.g., client summaries, internal reports)
    • Maintain documentation of account activity and performance
    • Work with the Data team and assist with basic analysis for internal and client reporting

    Learning & Development

    • Build knowledge of digital health, specialty pharmacy, and market trends
    • Stay updated on developments within Digital Health, Specialty Pharmacy, and related regulatory landscapes.
    • Develop sales, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Actively seek feedback and coaching from senior team members

    Qualifications & Skills

    Experience

    • 0-2 years' experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field
    • Internship or entry-level experience in healthcare, pharma, or digital health preferred

    Skills & Capabilities

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good organisational and time management abilities
    • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Positive attitude, curiosity, and proactive mindset
