POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for assisting in managing the end-to-end operations of Chico's, White House Black Market and Soma's paid and organic influencer marketing campaigns. This role possesses a strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, exceptional communication skills, and a creative mindset.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Influencer Program Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a similar field.
Experience: 3+ years' experience in influencer, social media, media, or communications.
Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of the fashion and retail industries.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Computer proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Platforms: Familiarity with influencer and media platforms, including FOHR, LEFTY, Dash Social, LTK, ShopMy, and Muck Rack.
Organization: Excellent multitasking skills with a proven time-management and prioritization track record.
Confidentiality: Confidentiality and the ability to manage sensitive information are priorities in this role.
Project Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills.
