Assisted Living LPN Manager

The basics
- Schedule: Full-time, days, Monday-Friday, with an on-call rotation as needed
- Location: Chillicothe Campus
What you'll do
- Lead and support the nursing team by interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and completing performance reviews
- Review and approve care plans and progress notes, and help staff work through resident care issues
- Oversee admissions paperwork and documentation accuracy
- Serve as the point of contact for residents' families, physicians, and staff concerns, and investigate incidents
- Spot training needs and help bring continuing education to the team
- Take part in quality improvement work that raises the standard of care
What you need
- Active Ohio LPN license in good standing
Nice to have
- 2+ years of supervisory, charge nurse, or management experience
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care
