The candidate will take charge of all aspects including facility operations, regulatory adherence, staffing solutions, client services, state-mandated reporting, inspection preparations, and overall facility performance. We are looking for a dynamic leader with an intimate grasp of New York's unique regulatory landscape, capable of steering day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with all pertinent requirements.

Candidates must demonstrate a deep familiarity with New York's senior-care and assisted living framework, including relevant state initiatives and regulatory bodies. You will have the opportunity to work with sectors such as:
