Summary:

Organizes, directs, and supervises Assisted Living Traditional and Memory Care nursing personnel to provide for the general care and well being of all AL residents.

Receives report from all AL areas and review
Communicate with nursing supervisors and Director of Nursing regarding Assisted Living services through written and verbal reports
Staffing assignments and changes with assistance of the staffing coordinator and clinical leadership team
Evaluation of the Memory Care & Traditional Assisted Living Programming and the evolution/development of that programming
Conduct daily clinical rounds on units
Responsible to ensure Memory Care Programming is being carried out on a daily basis by nursing staff members and life enrichment

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio

1-3 years related experience in Assisted Living programming.
