Description
The Assistant Womens Softball Coach- 2nd Assistant is responsible for all phases of developing and maintaining a successful Womens Softball Program at the College through their support of the Head Womens Softball Coach. This is a part-time seasonal position.

Paid Time Off:
Employees will earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked, as defined by the New Jersey Earned Sick Leave Law.
Pension Benefits:
This position may be eligible for the Defined Contribution Retirement Plan (DCRP) under the New Jersey State Pension System. The DCRP is a defined contribution plan available for eligible part time employees. Six investment carriers are authorized to provide investment options and service in the DCRP. Employees contribute 5% of their base salary with a 3% employer match. Eligibility in this plan requires a minimum salary of $5,000.
