Assistant Wellness Director (ADON)

Assistant Wellness Director (Assistant Director of Nursing) Duties and Responsibilities:

·Will assist the Wellness Director with all the scheduling needs and work directly with them

·Should be able to work in collaboration with the entire nursing team

·Must be able to fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods

·Must be detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills

·Should have great 'people skills'

·Should be able to be okay to be ‘on-call’

          Must enjoy working with seniors

Assistant Director of Nursing Qualifications and Skills:

·        Nursing License required

·Appropriate license
