Assistant Wellness Director (Adon)

Assistant Wellness Director Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Recent experience as an AWD in an assisted living community preferred

·         Will assist the Wellness Director with all the scheduling needs and work directly with them

·         Must be able to do schedules for all areas of the nursing department

·         Should be able to work in collaboration with the entire nursing team

·         Must be able to fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods

·         Must be detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills

·         Should have great 'people skills'

·         Should be able to be okay to be ‘on-call’

Assistant Wellness Director Qualifications and Skills:

·         CNA or Nursing Assistant Experience (Preferred)

·         Appropriate license
