Position Overview
The Assistant Vice President will provide strategic leadership for graduate admission while partnering with campus colleagues to advance a comprehensive Graduate Enrollment model that supports the College's long-term enrollment goals. As a key member of the Division of Enrollment Management leadership team and President's Council, the AVP develops and implements comprehensive and cross-functional enrollment strategies that support institutional growth while advancing Endicott College's mission and strategic priorities. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to shape the future of graduate enrollment at Endicott College. The AVP will assess current practices, identify opportunities for innovation and growth, and develop an organizational structure and strategy that positions the College for long-term success in a rapidly evolving graduate education marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
Graduate Enrollment Growth and Student Recruitment (40%)
Leads recruitment, admission, and new student enrollment efforts to achieve enrollment objectives across graduate and adult programs.
Strategic Enrollment Planning and Organizational Development (30%)
Provides strategic leadership to advance the College's graduate enrollment model through planning, assessment, and organizational development.
Campus Partnership and Collaborative Leadership (30%)
Establish collaborative leadership across the institution to strengthen graduate enrollment initiatives and enhance the student experience.
Community Engagement
Be an active participant in the life of the College by attending and supporting major events such as Commencement, Homecoming, and other all-hands-on-deck gatherings. As a member of the leadership team, model a strong commitment to community engagement.

Reports to the Vice President of Enrollment Management. Works under general supervision.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Will supervise the Director of Graduate Admission Recruitment and 1-2 Associate Directors.

Qualifications and Skills
In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the annual base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000 . Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, education, specialized skills, internal equity, and external market data when extending an offer. The final salary is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or other compensation.
