What You Will Do:

We are seeking an exceptional, high-impact technology leader to serve as AVP - Commercial Product & Delivery, leading the largest Salesforce transformation across North and Latin America.

In this role, you will hold end-to-end accountability for the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the unified OneSFA Commercial Ecosystem-spanning OneSFA (Sales Force Automation & B2B Storefronts), OneCC (Customer Care order orchestration & service lifecycle), OneCX (SalonCentric end-to-end customer experience), and OneCoop (LATAM promotional & commercial agreements).

Leading a multi-zone footprint covering 1,450+ users across 8+ markets and driving over $20M+ in active volume, you will bridge business strategy with technical rigor, transition the platform from bespoke custom debt toward modern native standards (LWR, AI-accelerated delivery, OOTB-first), and rebuild unshakeable delivery trust with division presidents and commercial stakeholders

What You Will Do

• Strategic Product Vision & Governance:

• Own the multi-year product roadmap across North America (LUSA & SalonCentric) and LATAM (7 markets).

• Champion the pivot from high bespoke customization (86% custom footprint) toward standard, out-of-the-box (OOTB) Salesforce patterns, headless/LWR storefront modernization, and clean architectural guardrails.

• Flawless Program Execution & Delivery:

• Drive major release waves across divisions (LDB, Luxe, PPD, CPD, and SalonCentric phases through 2027), ensuring tight alignment with the broader SAP/NEO program.

• Enforce disciplined SDLC, release governance, and automated CI/CD practices across internal squads and global system integrator (SI) partners (Accenture, Wipro).

• Business Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment:

• Act as the trusted strategic peer to Commercial Leadership, Zone CIOs, Customer Service heads, and Brand GMs.

• Communicate complex technical trade-offs with transparency and clarity; eradicate the "them vs. us" divide across markets and tiers.

• Ecosystem Synergy & Integration:

• Oversee critical integrations linking Salesforce with core backends (SAP S/4, ECC, Fluent OMS, Tibco EBX, CAR OPP, ProcessOut, Sovos, and DDX CRM).

• Ensure high master-data integrity, eliminate data-sync bottlenecks, and stabilize high-stakes features (real-time order simulation, pricing/promotions, payment tokens, and return flows).

• People Leadership & In-House Capability:

• Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing product and delivery organization comprising Technical Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts.

• Drive role mastery, foster clear role boundaries (PM vs. BA vs. Tech Lead), and build deep in-house engineering and architectural expertise.

What We Are Looking For:

Functional & Leadership Expertise:

• 7+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with a proven track record delivering massive enterprise CRM / B2B Commerce transformations in a matrixed global environment.
• Deep experience managing multi-million-dollar program budgets (Build & Run) and steering top-tier SI partners under rigorous accountability models.
• Proven ability to establish structured product governance, eliminate scope creep, and steer cross-functional squads toward measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional executive presence: capable of telling the hard truths, navigating ambiguity, and inspiring confidence across diverse regional leadership teams.

Technical Acumen:

• Deep domain expertise in the Salesforce Ecosystem (B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, LWR/Aura frameworks, LWC).
• Strong understanding of complex enterprise integrations with major ERPs (SAP S/4HANA / ECC), Order Management Systems (Fluent OMS), Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and PIM/MDM platforms.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps, source control (GitHub), and AI-accelerated delivery tools.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $147,100 - $213,300 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
