Report directly to the snowtubing manager Manage day-to-day operations of the snow tubing park ensuring a fun, safe and well-organized guest experienceAssist in scheduling, interviewing and training as neededEnsure all tubing equipment including tubes, tow conveyors, mats and safety netting is properly maintained and inspectedEnforce safety standards and guest conduct policiesMonitor and adjust guest flow, capacity, and wait times to optimize the tubing experienceRespond promptly to guest and employee concerns, incidents and emergencies within the tubing parkUtilize our ticketing platform to sell tickets, manage a cash drawer and do employee check-out reports Work in any and all roles at the snow tubing park, including running the lift, spacing guests at the bottom of the lift, sending guests down the hill, controlling traffic at the bottom of the hill and running the ticket windowPhysical requirements:Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to walk, stand and perform physical tasks for extended periodsPreffered qualifications:Prior experience managing a team is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidateStrong leadership and communication skillsDriver's license and reliable mode of transportationPrior experience working outside and/or working in a customer-facing roleOpen availability during all holiday periods, which includes December 19th - January 3rd, January 16th -18th, and February 13th - 21st
