    We are recruiting for an Assistant Treasurer to help manage Healthcare Realty’s cash, liquidity, banking relationships, capital structure and financial risk. This role serves as a key partner in day-to-day treasury operations and works closely with Finance, Accounting, and external banking partners to ensure the organization's financial stability and compliance with policy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity across all operating accounts
    • Support debt management, credit facilities, and covenant compliance reporting
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks, rating agencies, and financial institutions
    • Oversee treasury operations including wire approvals, account administration, and bank reconciliations
    • Assist in managing interest rate and other financial risk exposures
    • Prepare treasury reports, board materials, and cash flow analyses for senior leadership
    • Support investment of excess cash in accordance with the investment policy
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements
    • Assist with capital markets activity, including financing transactions and commercial paper issuance
    • Serve as backup to the Treasurer on key treasury functions and decisions

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CTP a plus
    • 5+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or banking experience
    • Strong understanding of cash management, debt instruments, and financial markets
    • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with treasury management systems (TMS) preferred
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
    • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information
    • Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
