Assistant Project ManagerOur client is a highly respected commercial construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects and fostering a collaborative, employee-focused culture. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their project management team and support the successful execution of commercial construction projects.Coordinate construction project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet project goals.Assist with on-site management and oversee daily operations to ensure project progress.Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to address project needs.Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all sites.Prepare and review project documentation to track milestones and key deliverables.Support problem-solving efforts to address challenges and keep projects on track.Travel to various project sites as needed to provide hands-on support and oversight.Report project updates to senior management and stakeholders regularly.A successful Assistant Traveling Project Manager should have:Experience with construction project management and on-site coordination.Strong organizational and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different project environments.Knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry standards.Proficiency with project management tools and documentation processes.Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 USD.Competitive benefits package.Opportunity to work on diverse and impactful construction projects.Exposure to all phases of the construction project lifecycleLong-term career stability and growth opportunitiesStrong commitment to employee development and mentorship
