Position Overview:
The Assistant to the Director of Reservations & Revenue Management reports directly to the Director and plays a key role in supporting the Reservations and Revenue Management department across multiple properties.
Responsibilities include assisting with revenue strategies, reporting and analysis, operational processes, and training initiatives. This position works closely with the Director and Reservations to help maximize revenue opportunities, improve departmental performance, and support the onboarding and development of new Reservations Sales Agents.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in hotel reservations, call center operations, or customer service leadership preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and Ability to resolve conflicts professionally and effectively
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely detail oriented with strong follow through
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
