Assistant to the Area Manager

At The Perfect Light, we create memorable holiday experiences for families, businesses, and communities across Texas. We’re looking for a motivated, organized person to support our Area Manager while helping keep our office and warehouse operations running smoothly.

This is not just another administrative job. You’ll play an important role in helping our crews succeed and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Do

This position combines office support, customer service, scheduling, and warehouse coordination. Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with customers and providing project updates
• Scheduling appointments and supporting daily operations
• Following up on proposals, renewals, and payments
• Maintaining accurate customer records and paperwork
• Helping the Area Manager stay organized and focused
• Keeping warehouse inventory organized and updated
• Reordering supplies when needed
• Pulling and staging daily orders for installation crews
• Preparing, packaging, and labeling new orders
• Assisting with purchasing and vendor coordination
• Working with crew leaders, contractors, customer service, finance, and regional leadership

*This is a seasonal position from October-December. This is an onsite, not remote job.
