Working closely with the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team, this role is responsible for managing executive communications, coordinating major school events, maintaining student and administrative records, supervising front office staff, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly organised and professional administrator with significant experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organisational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and build strong relationships across the school community. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively. Experience in an independent school setting and familiarity with Veracross are desirable, while a bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
