WHAT YOU'LL DO


You'll learn SoftWash Hawaii's professional exterior cleaning and property-preservation systems while assisting with:

• Equipment, chemical, tool, and vehicle preparation
  
  
• Roof, exterior, solar panel, siding, concrete, window, and related services
  
  
• Basic equipment operation and troubleshooting
  
  
• Property and landscaping protection
  
  
• Ladders, roofs, and elevated work using required safety systems
  
  
• Job-site setup, execution, cleanup, and equipment reset
  
  
• Identifying and communicating problems before they become larger problems
  
  
• Maintaining professional standards around customers and their property
  
  

This is physical outdoor work in Hawaii's heat, humidity, wind, and changing weather.

COMPENSATION


Assistant Technician: $16–$18/hour + 1%–2% production commission


Paid training is provided.


Lead Technician opportunities include increased hourly compensation, production commission, and responsibility.


FIRST 21 DAYS


Every new technician begins with a 21-Day Field Evaluation Period.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS


Applicants must live on Oahu, reliably commute to Ewa Beach, have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license, provide a driver abstract, complete required background/drug screening and DISC assessment, be physically capable of demanding outdoor work, lift up to 75 lbs., and be comfortable working from ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces.
