This role is perfect for individuals with practical technical skills and an interest in sustainability and clean technology.
Schedule & Pay:
• Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with Overtime on Wednesday when required. 6:00am - 6:00PM
• Pay: $21/hour
What You’ll Do
- Inspect, breakdown, clean, and stack organic material bins
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting concerns to Lead Technician or Managers in real time
- Operate hand pallet jacks
- Assist Lead Technician with basic preventive maintenance tasks and other operational activities as assigned
- Participate in shift handoff meetings, scheduled trainings, and other assigned meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Frequently bend, stand, walk, sit, and kneel
- Operate equipment and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Work in varying on-site conditions including temperature changes, humidity, and wet areas
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
- 6–12 months of maintenance, industrial maintenance, or auto mechanic experience preferred
- Experience operating pressure washers and hand pallet jacks preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills
- Reliable and able to work full scheduled dates
- Strong written and verbal communication in English preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Good attendance record
