Description
Your Impact
Developing and updating detailed, accurate technical sketches, material lists, and hardware specs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Reviewing prototypes and pre-production samples to provide constructive feedback on construction, dimensions, and workmanship.
Acting as the link between design teams and factories/vendors to resolve technical issues and clarify production specs.
Ensuring consistency in fit and construction across all accessory categories, such as handbags, smalls, hosiery, socks, and jewelry.

Minimum Salary: $68,200.00
Maximum Salary: $89,460.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Your Experience
Bachelor"s degree
0-3 years of experience in technical design, with a focus on accessories or handbags
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel
Experience with Centric PLM systems is preferred.
Deep understanding of material specifications, fabric and leather goods, and accessory construction methods.
Strong project planning & organizational skills
Strong communication and ability to think creatively with attention to detail
Flexibility to work independently, proactively prioritize, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel (approximately 20%
