About the Opportunity:

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9am to 5pm (two 15-minute breaks & one 30-minute break)
Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days of fieldwork; 1 to 2 days Remote)

Responsibilities:

Providing individual and group therapy addressing mental health challenges
Collaborating with the Team Leader to oversee daily operations
Coordinating comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans
Delivering immediate support to clients in crisis
Conducting quality assurance activities
Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Behavioral Health
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
Strong knowledge of Therapeutic modalities
Solid assessment and documentation skills
Excellent communication skills
Advocacy and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently

Desired Qualifications:

Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Experience in an ACT and/or Mobile Crisis setting
Solid understanding of EMR systems
