    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities

    • Create a welcoming classroom where children feel safe, respected, and inspired

    • Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

    • Help with routines such as meals, naps, and transitions while encouraging positive behavior

    • Observe and document children’s growth and learning progress

    • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment

    • Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support school goals

    What We’re Looking For

    • 18 years or older 

    • High School diploma or GED 

    • A genuine passion for early childhood education

    • Previous childcare experience is a plus, but not required

    Pay: $15.00-$16.00/hour based on education and experience
