Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary:

Assist Head Coach in various aspects of the intercollegiate Swim and Dive program.

• On-Deck coaching responsibilities as directed by the head coach.
• Monitoring of CARA participation logs.
• Involvement with PSA's on a limited basis. -
• Assistance at home meets. Candidate will have the option to assist at travel meets pending their schedule.
• -Conduct responsibilities within the full parameters of NCAA, Big East Conference and Villanova athletic department policies and bylaws.

Requirements:

• A proven background in the sport of NCAA D-1 Swimming and Diving.
• At least 1 year of on-deck NCAA/Collegiate coaching experience.

Additional Information: Physical Demands Summary: Wage Rate: $23.00/hour
