Job Description:Assistant Swim Team Coach Qualifications:Background and knowledge in competitive aquaticsExcellent leadership skillsAbility to work with and motivate swimmers at practices and meetsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with Head Coach, swimmers, parents and YMCA staffCurrent YMCA v6 lifeguard, BLS, BFA, Emergency Oxygen Administration, other certifications as required. Approximately 6-10 hours a weekAttend YMCA dual meets as neededAssist Head Coach in planning swim meet and other team activitiesOther duties as directed by the Head Coach Starting Wage:$11.00-$12.00/hr

Approximately 6-10 hours a weekAttend YMCA dual meets as neededAssist Head Coach in planning swim meet and other team activitiesOther duties as directed by the Head Coach  Starting Wage:$11.00-$12.00/hr - commensurate with experience*** Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
