We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Surveyor for a part-time position. This person will assist with and perform land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys to support the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of transportation infrastructure projects across South Carolina. Key Job Responsibilities: - Collecting and analyzing field data - Establishing survey control - Preparing maps and layouts - Providing construction staking for roadway and bridge projects - Working closely with engineers, project managers, and the client to ensure accurate measurements and compliance with project specifications Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience performing surveying - Proficiency with GPS, total stations, and surveying software - Thorough knowledge of SCDOT transportation and surveying standards Established in 2013, Parrish & Partners is a recognized SC Best Places to Work and NC Best Employers.
