Job Summary
LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Assistant Supervisor to support daily cleaning operations and lead a janitorial team. This hands-on role includes supervising staff, conducting inspections, training employees, and assisting with daily cleaning to ensure high-quality service.
Responsibilities
Assist the Site Supervisor with daily cleaning operations
Organize schedules and assign work to team members
Conduct quality inspections and ensure cleaning standards are met
Lead daily team meetings and communicate expectations
Monitor attendance, breaks, and timekeeping
Train and support new employees
Communicate professionally with clients, HR, and team members
Perform hands-on cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas
Perform floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing
Safely use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and PPE
