Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations and subcontractor coordination.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and participate in safety meetings.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Identify and help resolve field issues to keep projects on track.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Sage to support project execution.
• Support projects ranging from $500K to $20M+, including ground-up construction, renovations, fit-outs, and cleanroom facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction as an Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Foreman, or related field leadership role.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Sage, or similar software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biopharma, manufacturing, semiconductor, or cleanroom projects is highly preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $180000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
