Assistant Superintendent - Renovations - Hingham, MA

Our client is a well-established construction management and general contracting firm with a strong reputation for delivering commercial, education, healthcare, and hospitality projects. A successful Assistant Superintendent - Renovations should have: 2-3+ years of construction experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or related role.

The Assistant Superintendent - Renovations will:

• Support the Lead Superintendent in managing daily field operations.
• Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics.
• Help oversee two active renovation projects in the Hingham, MA area.
• Maintain jobsite safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage documentation and project workflows.
• Coordinate quality control efforts and ensure work is completed to company standards.
• Gain exposure to all phases of construction with a clear growth path to Superintendent.

A successful Assistant Superintendent - Renovations should have:

• 2-3+ years of construction experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or related role.
• Open to candidates who have recently stepped into a Superintendent position.
• Experience supporting commercial, renovation, tenant improvement, or capital improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of Procore and/or Bluebeam.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Construction Supervisor License (CSL) is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work on projects throughout the Greater Boston area.
