Job Description

Based out of the Quincy office with projects located throughout Greater Boston. Contribute to complex, large-scale construction projects across multifamily, healthcare, higher education, commercial, and institutional markets. Collaborate with highly respected construction professionals who bring extensive experience from leading regional contractors. Support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects from preconstruction through completion. Help maintain the company's commitment to safety, quality, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

Proven construction experience within large-scale commercial projects. Background working on multifamily, healthcare, higher education, commercial, or institutional construction projects. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with field teams, clients, and subcontractors. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments while managing multiple priorities. Stable work history with reputable construction organizations preferred. Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering exceptional project outcomes.
