Job Description
Support daily field operations on multifamily construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors and monitor work progress. Assist with scheduling, quality control, and site safety. Review and interpret construction drawings and project documents. Maintain clear communication with project teams and trade partners. Track and document project activities using construction management software. Help resolve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently. Manage smaller project scopes independently with leadership support when needed.

The Successful Applicant
Junior-level Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or Project Engineer background. Experience working on multifamily construction projects. Familiarity with urban construction environments and local subcontractor relationships. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to operate independently while leveraging support from senior staff. Motivated to grow into a larger field leadership role.
