What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll play a key role in keeping our job sites safe, productive, and on track. You'll support and collaborate closely with the Project Superintendent and General Superintendent to coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll:
Study construction plans and oversee project layout
Help schedule and supervise subcontractors and crews
Promote and uphold safety procedures
Resolve on-site issues and coordinate trades
Maintain client relationships and accurate reporting
Step up and lead when needed-this role is a leadership runway

What We're Looking For:
6+ years of commercial construction experience (at least 2 as a Foreman)
Strong knowledge of construction documents and processes
Skilled in supervising up to 30 employees
Solid math, communication, and tech skills
OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver's license required
Must be willing to travel.
This is a physically active role, involving both indoor and outdoor environments and regular travel to job sites within a Texas with a willingness to travel to projects throughout the Southeast is a huge plus!
