Job Description

Assist Superintendents with daily field operations on large-scale construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and site logistics. Monitor project schedules and help drive production milestones. Enforce safety, quality, and company standards throughout the jobsite. Participate in project planning, progress meetings, and subcontractor coordination. Track daily reports, manpower, and construction progress. Help manage punch list completion and project closeout activities. Identify and proactively resolve field issues to maintain schedule and quality goals. Support multiple phases of construction across multifamily, military housing, and renovation projects.

The Successful Applicant

2-3 years of experience in a construction field leadership role. Experience on multifamily, military housing, commercial, residential, hospitality, or concrete projects preferred. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication and organizational skills. Desire to grow into a Superintendent role and take on increasing leadership responsibilities. Proven work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Stable employment history and a team-oriented mindset. Scheduling experience is a plus; exposure to Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
