Assistant SuperintendentMichael Page is hiring for a business services company in the construction industry, based in Boston. Assist in overseeing daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations. Inspect work for quality and adherence to project plans and specifications. Provide regular updates to the Superintendent and project management team. Help manage schedules, materials, and resources effectively. Address on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays.
