Assistant Superintendent - multifamily developments

Seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the delivery of a ground-up multifamily project in South Florida. This role will coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and help drive safe, efficient site operations from start to finish.

Description

* Assist with daily field operations on a 110-unit, 8-story multifamily development
* Coordinate subcontractors and monitor work progress against schedule
* Support site safety initiatives and maintain compliance with project requirements
* Identify and resolve construction issues to keep work moving efficiently
* Collaborate with the Superintendent, project team, and trade partners throughout construction

Profile

* Ground-up multifamily construction experience required

* Experience on residential projects with 100+ units

* Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics

* Ability to manage multiple subcontractors across project phases

* Strong tenure and a proven track record delivering quality projects
