Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction
The Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will:
- Coordinate daily site activities for multifamily construction projects.
- Track work completed on site and communicate progress to the construction team.
- Help organize subcontractor schedules to keep planned work moving.
- Review site conditions and report issues that may affect project progress.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and site records.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and project team members on daily work needs.
- Help monitor material deliveries and confirm supplies are available for scheduled work.
- Follow project plans and direction from the Superintendent to support quality construction work.
