They have grown substantially over the past 20 years into one of New England's premier GCs! Build high-profile projects up to $120M across various sectors: Multifamily, Senior living, Mixed-use, Hotels, Academic - special projects division for life science & TI work. Large enough to have a significant & stable pipeline of projects, small enough where you are not just a number.Job DescriptionCoordinate and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.Assist in managing subcontractors and vendors to maintain schedules and quality standards.Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations.Support the Project Superintendent in resolving construction-related challenges.Oversee material deliveries and inventory management on-site.Communicate regularly with the project team to provide updates on progress and any issues.Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Perform inspections to confirm the quality of work meets project specifications.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
