Assistant Superintendent (Multifamily)

They are known for delivering high-quality residential communities and maintaining a growing pipeline of projects across multiple markets nationwide.

• Coordinate daily construction activities on multifamily, affordable housing, and mixed-use projects to keep work moving on site.
• Monitor subcontractor work and site conditions to help maintain project schedules and quality expectations.
• Review planned work with the construction team and communicate site needs so crews can complete assigned tasks.
• Track project progress and raise site issues promptly to support timely decisions.
• Maintain clear site records, including daily activity, deliveries, and completed work.
• Help coordinate materials, equipment, and site access to reduce interruptions to construction work.
• Follow project safety practices and address observed hazards to support a safe job site.
• Travel to future project locations as needed after the Chattanooga assignment.

• Permanent Assistant Superintendent position.
• Salary of $80,000 and up based on experience
• Compensation package.
