Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily (Chattanooga)
Our client is an established and growing commercial contractor specializing in multifamily construction. Their leadership team is highly engaged and places significant value on culture, teamwork, and accountability.
Job Description
Coordinate daily construction activities on multifamily project sites. Track site progress against project schedules and report updates to the construction team. Help organize subcontractor work to maintain planned project sequencing. Review completed work with the project team to confirm it aligns with plans. Maintain clear site records, including daily activity updates and project documentation. Communicate site needs, work status, and schedule changes with project stakeholders. Help prepare work areas for upcoming construction activities. Support safe, orderly job-site operations throughout each phase of construction.
