Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily

Job Description
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate schedules and tasks with subcontractors and team members.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges.
- Maintain quality control by inspecting work and ensuring adherence to plans.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
- Manage materials and equipment to avoid shortages or delays.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project status.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily should have:
- Proven experience in multifamily construction or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
