The Assistant Superintendent (MTA) - Heavy Civil is open due to growth, and will have a a long runway to being promoted to Superintendent. This project will be in New York, New York - but the general contractor completes projects in the New York, New York metropolitan area.

Description

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing daily construction activities on-site.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress and address any issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and on-site as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
• Assist in resolving any on-site challenges promptly and effectively.
