Construction Assistant Superintendent

A growing general contractor is looking to add a self driven and talented Assistant Superintendent to their team immediately. Are you a self-motivated construction professional looking for career advancement? This is an organization that builds by their core values and treats their employees like family!

Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry

• Light industrial project experience required

. Reading and interpreting plans and specification.

. Work with the project team to ensure safety compliance for all subcontractors on site.

. Completing daily reports to document production, weather, issues, and manpower.

. Supervising and coordinating deliveries, subcontractors, and labor.

· Strong communication skills with Superintendent, Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's

· Assist with jobsite schedules to bring projects in on time and under budget

· Experience with commercial and education projects.

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
