Assistant Superintendent - Life Science/ Healthcare Interiors

• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project progress and resolve any issues.
• Assist in reviewing plans and specifications for project execution.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Track and document daily progress, providing updates to project managers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety standards are upheld.
• Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support the Superintendent in managing labor, materials, and equipment on-site.
